Agent Evals privacy and analytics

This notice covers the Agent Evals public website, operated by GrisLabs. It describes website analytics and the information you submit through its form.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. Decline and withdrawal are available in Privacy choices on every public page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection.

With consent, we send allowlisted public-page views, apply-link and template-download clicks, application-form starts and failures, and observations of newly accepted applications to PostHog Cloud EU. We use an opaque, random per-tab identifier, hostname, product, environment, normalized public path, external referrer hostname and sanitized campaign labels. We do not send email addresses, form values, full URLs, queries, fragments or private application content. No replay or automatic click/content collection is used.

Your choice and first acquisition labels are stored in this browser; the opaque identifier lasts for the tab session. Withdrawal removes these labels and identifier and stops future analytics. Previously collected aggregate observations are not removed by that button. Browser analytics is incomplete and separate from authoritative form records.

Agent Evals pilot applications

Submitting a pilot application stores your email, workflow category, stack description, problem description and submission time in our private homeserver database. We use these answers to assess fit and respond to your request; applying does not subscribe you to marketing email. We keep one application per normalized email address. Form answers stay separate from optional analytics.

Please leave customer data, credentials and confidential logs out of your application.

The private owner dashboard receives bounded aggregate counts, never email addresses or form answers.

Basic hosting and security request processing is separate from optional marketing analytics. Analytics does not affect access to the website or its form.
